3. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Payments must be made in full prior to the delivery of services, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Individual sessions and monthly programs must be paid in full prior to the delivery of services. Payment instructions will be provided after a client submits a request for an individual session or monthly program. Services are confirmed once payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices and service offerings may be updated at any time without prior notice.

TROVARSI Equitation reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.

  • Monthly programs are non-refundable once started.

Exceptions may be made in special circumstances at our discretion.

6. No Guarantees & Disclaimer

  • TROVARSI Equitation provides guidance, tools, and support for mental and emotional development. However:

  • Results are not guaranteed.

  • Outcomes depend on individual commitment and external factors.

  • Services do not replace medical, psychological, or professional healthcare advice.

  • By using this website and services, you acknowledge full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results.
