Refund Policy
1. Introduction
At TROVARSI Equitation, we provide high-quality mental and emotional support services for equestrian athletes, parents, and coaches. This Refund Policy explains our practices regarding session payments, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

2. Discovery Consultation
Discovery consultations (Discovery calls) are complementary - free of charge - and are offered upon review of your request form to ensure a good fit for our services. Since no payment is required, these calls are not subject to cancellation fees or refund rules.
3. Payment & Prepaid Sessions
All individual sessions and monthly programs must be paid in full prior to the delivery of services.
Payment instructions will be provided after the client submits an enrollment form for either an individual session or monthly program. Services are confirmed once payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Paid sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.

Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

Monthly programs are billed in advance and are non-refundable once started, though sessions within the month may be rescheduled with proper notice.
TROVARSI Equitation reserves the right to reschedule sessions in exceptional circumstances, including unforeseen events or emergencies. In such cases, we will coordinate promptly with you to arrange an alternative time.
5. Refund Requests
Refunds are generally not provided for canceled or missed individual sessions or monthly programs.
In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at TROVARSI Equitation’s discretion.
6. Program Add-Ons
Additional sessions or services added to ongoing monthly programs follow the same cancellation and refund rules outlined above.
7. Changes to This Policy
TROVARSI Equitation reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and apply to all future bookings
